Stay Classy, Pete

Pete Carroll embodies a lot of things in the minds of fans. Most I can't repeat on this blog due to our investors and those sensitive to explicit language.

Let me explain. QB Mark Sanchez chose to go Pro after he graduates this May with his four-year degree from USC.

Pete wasn't happy.

Reportedly, the two chairs at the table didn't last long before the lights and cameras came on. One was pulled (the seat assigned for the supportive coach. . .who was somehow missing?!?!) right before Sanchez took the stage, alone.

Then Pete sat down, his chair far from his player, obviously on purpose to send a message. He answered a couple more questions and then barely shook Sanchez's hand before turning and walking away.

The guy sat there and basically gave the finger to Sanchez.

This kind of class reminds me of when Pete dropped the F-Bomb on Mike Bellotti (three times) on national television because Bellotti knew his rule book and threw a coach's challenge to Carroll's incorrect challenge. Higher education is great, huh Pete?

Competitive? Yes. A winner? Sure. Class??

We should all be glad Bellotti has class; did I mention he's competitive and a winner too?

You stay classy, Pete.
