5 Reasons Oregon Wins

5 Reasons Oregon Wins:

1) Masoli and Kelly
If there's anything Chip Kelly can do in a few weeks, it's to prep and groom a quarterback better than anyone in the nation. Remember the boos at Autzen Stadium? Neither do I.

2) Momentum
Oregon finished the season strong, poised and with passion. Blowing out Oregon State (in their high school stadium) and costing them the Rose Bowl berth was no small feat. But that's the Oregon team that we have now. Bellotti has these kids hungry and prepared.

3) Nick Aliotti Got His Squad Pumped
There's been a lot of anger expressed in language among fans lately, in words even inappropriate for us. Notice that after Bellotti said he was making changes to the defensive strategy, things improved. Your players usually are on fire in big games -- so make us proud.

4) Oregon Fans
Oregon is known as the best travel team in the Pac-10, having the loudest fans in the nation, and Gundy's rant seems like a whisper compared to Oregon fans in the stands. Oklahoma State's greatest strength is their offense -- so let's give 'em hell tomorrow.

5) Todd Doxey
Okay, this might sound sappy. I know. But the Oregon players really took this to heart. As we all know, kickoff will take place in Doxey's hometown. Expect a little magic on the field.

Notes: Oregon does very well after bye weeks and time to prepare. It seems nothing can stop Chip Kelly when our QB has a few games under his belt. Bellotti is fired up for this one, and you can bet the players will be ready for this one with passion and something to prove. Oregon wins.
